We thought Kate was sleeping, but after about two hours she called for us and when we went to get her this is what we found. She climbed out of her crib onto Olivia's dresser, got her lipstick and coated herself, her bed and clothes. We ended up throwing her bedding away, but looks like nap time may be over. Bummer for me! :)
Gabe hurt his foot last week during his soccer game. He complained a little, but still went to soccer practice and cross country, but still told us it hurt. So we finally took him to the doctor and his foot was broken. Yes, we're bad parents... he's booted for three weeks at least. Looks like he'll miss the rest of soccer and cross country. Sorry Gabe. :)Christian and Luke at swimming lessons...jumping off the platforms was a big deal! They thought they were so cool jumping into 11 ft. of water.

ok, first: kate looks like she's going into surgery - what kind, i'm not sure, but that is pretty impressive hand/arm art she has going. very thorough. :)
second: you will not get, i'm afraid, mother of the year award for letting gabe go days without being checked by a dr. i know, i know, he's steve jr and hard to know when something is really wrong, but really? first his arm and then his foot? nice

i thought that was blood on her bed at first! it scared me! but that is hilarious! tell gabe im sorry he broke his foot and tell luke and christian way to go!

I am a little concerned that Olivia has bright red hooker lipstick. Please tell me it's for Halloween only. It's probably not a bad thing that it got all used up as body paint!
Poor Gabe! He should come out here and hang out with grandma! They would have so much fun gimping around together! Hopefully he'll be back in the swing of things for fall soccer.
I love the pictures of the twins! My boys have their show off days at swimming next week, so we'll see if they're as brave!
